No previous weaving experience is needed. This course is suitable for all levels, with clear instruction and support throughout. The emphasis is on steady, achievable making and enjoying the tactile, meditative rhythm of working with willow. You’ll also almost certainly be joined by our resident robin who may well test out your creations!
By the end of the day, you’ll take home a finished woven birdhouse ready to hang in your garden, along with the skills and confidence to continue exploring functional willow structures inspired by nature.
