Natural Dye (Fresh woad) - Friday 26th - 9.30 -5pm
Harvesting plants and processing them to give up their colour. We will play with a couple of techniques which will offer different results.
We will work with different fibres and see how these affect results.
You will leave with knowledge to enable you to start natural dyeing with confidence at home. At the end of the workshop you will take away samples of yarn, fleece and fabrics which will give you reminders of your experiments and results.
